The Garden is very happy to introduce our newest Wellness Program instructor, Cassandra Lee! Starting August 21st, join us every second Friday at 9:30am PST, and start your day with a soothing and grounding 50 minute Meditation class.
Participants of every level of experience all welcome.
How to register:
Buy a single class or enjoy a reduced rate by purchasing a "Season Pass" (3 or 5 classes)
- Select your preferred date from the dropdown list above, click the "Ticket" button, and follow the instructions on the purchase page
- Select the date on which you wish to begin using your Season Pass from the dropdown list above and click the "Ticket" button;
- On the purchase page, choose either a 3 or 5 class pass
- A small service fee will be added to each ticket in order to provide the online purchasing service.

About the instructor:
Cassandra Lee is a Chinese Canadian who grew up in the Strathcona/Chinatown area in the 1970’s. She is glad to be, once again, connected to this historic area of town.
She has completed the Meditation Teacher Training with Moment, which is rooted in contemporary teachings. Currently, she is enrolled in the Meditation Teacher Training with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, which is embedded in Buddhist philosophy.
Cassandra is drawn to meditation as the practice has guided and continues to guide her along the path of self-discovery and authenticity. She looks forward to sharing these blend of teachings with you.
The class will officially begin at 9:30am PST and Cassandra will be available from 9:20am to answer questions.
