The Garden is very happy to introduce our newest Wellness Program instructor, Paul Tam.
Join us on Mondays at 4:00pm PST, and discover this traditional martial art known for its smooth circular body movements and flexible footwork during a 50 minute class.
Participants of every level of experience all welcome.
How to register:
Buy a single class or enjoy a reduced rate by purchasing a "Season Pass" (3 or 5 classes)
- Select your preferred date from the dropdown list above, click the "Ticket" button, and follow the instructions on the purchase page
- Select the date on which you wish to begin using your Season Pass from the dropdown list above and click the "Ticket" button;
- On the purchase page, choose either a 3 or 5 class pass
- A small service fee will be added to each ticket in order to provide the online purchasing service.

About the instructor:
Paul Tam has dedicated himself to the art of Choy Lee Fat for over 30 years. He is adept in a variety of fields including hand forms, weapons, self-defense techniques, and full contact sparring, as well as Chen’s Style Tai Chi. Currently, he is the head instructor of CLF Kung Fu Club and Tai Chi Instructor for many Business Corporations and Community Centres.
