About the instructor:

Jinfei Wang, is a Chinese visual artist and from a very young age she has been interested in Art and Design.

Her background is in Urban Design at University of Saskatchewan and she is a graduate from the Fine Arts Program at Emily Carr University. Her current art practice is mostly focused in painting and drawing though she also enjoys experimenting with mixed media.

Identity exploration, her Chinese cultural background, the relation with the environment along with femininity play a big part on what inspires Jinfei. She sees her art making process as a journey to her heart. Each artwork and constant curiosity help her in understanding who she really is.
