Unbuckled, Vancouvers Ultimate Backyard BBQ, is coming once again to Stanley Parks Brockton Oval Baseball Diamond on Saturday, Sept. 10, 2016. With the capacity increased to 2,500 and the experience of year one under our belt buckles, Unbuckled is going to be bigger and bolder than before.

Brought by WetApe Productions and (the team behind Harvest Haus, Keloha, and Center of Gravity),Vancouver's Ultimate Backyard BBQ will combine casual sporting competitions, picnic eats and drinks, alt-country and bluegrass rhythms, and plenty of good times all in the heart of the city. From 1:00pm until dusk (9:30pm) on Saturday, Sept. 10, 2016, the Brockton Baseball Diamond will get Dixie fried, down home, and fully countrified.
Where urbane meets rhinestone, Unbuckled is The Social where everyone is encouraged to sport their best hillbilly outfits: tanks and Daisy Dukes, overalls and cowboy hats, big bad bold buckles, boots and heels, and, of course, the sexiest cuts in plaid finery.
And there's nothing like a little friendly country style sports competition where participants can sign up teams of 8-15 people and win unique prizes, including the Champion Unbuckled Belt Buckles for the top teams. The three Unbuckled Team Tournaments are:
Frontier Digs: Giddy up! We invite all y'all to wrangle a crew of gals n' gents to be pioneers at Unbuckled with your very own Yard: A unsettled plot of 15x15 grass, furnished with the bare necessities just waitin' for you to turn it into your very own frontier digs. Be sure to bring your own decorations to complete your homestead before you kick up your boots, unbuckle, and hit the town.
Yard Pricing: Yards come in two tiers: Decorated and Regular. Our Decorated yards cost $395 and are situated in a prime location next to the saloon and stage area, and come with added flair to deck pimp out your space! Choose from Wild West, Pirate, Florida Keys or Mexicana and we'll get your yard space all set for your arrival! Our GA yards are $225 and are located on the baseball diamond side of the stage, ready for you to decorate. Yard purchases do NOT include tickets to the event, all attendees require their own ticket. yard pricing only includes the space and ability to enter the grounds 30 minutes before gates to decorate the yard
Hillbilly Hustle: Classic backyard challenges that test yer speed,skill, and teamwork abilities: potato sack race, wheelbarrow race, five legged race and egg on a spoon.
Guests will also be able to participate in Unbuckled games WITHOUT signing up a team. Some of the games to be held on the day include:
King of the Rodeo: Yee-haw! Get on, hold on, and stay on the mechanical bull!
Last Man Dancing: We'll teach y'all the steps, then gradually up the ante by speeding up the music to test yer skill.
Tarnation Toss: Teams of two heave their water balloons back and forth the furthest without making a splash.
Deadshot Dodgeball: Grab your gang of ball slingers and test your metal at the Deadshot Dodgeball pit. Teams of 8 challenge other sharp shooters to prove who's the grittiest with the deadliest arms. Do you feel lucky, punk?

Over the course of the day, live bluegrass and roots rock will belt out the soundtrack, along with costumed hosts running the activities and making sure everyone gets the solid gold treatment and real southern comfort, which wouldn't be complete without rib-tickling BBQ and thirst-quenching beverages. Guests can indulge in pulled pork, beef brisket, baby back ribs, BBQ beans, corn bread, baked potatoes, cup-a-corn, and popsicles, and refresh with their beverage of choice anywhere at the fully licensed site.

Collection Methods
MyZone Tickets collects your information both passively (by having you provide it to us) and actively (through technologies such as cookies, web beacons, and Google Analytics, as well as through cooperation with partner businesses and third parties).
A. Passive Collection
As a customer, client, participant in our social network and marketing practices, you may provide us with personal contact details such as your name, information (phone number, email address, postal address, etc.), billing details (including your billing address, credit card details, etc.) and other information you may be prompted to provide.
This information may be required to purchase tickets, goods or services, or to participate in various contests or promotions. While you have the right to withhold your personal information, doing so may prohibit you from conducting transactions, accessing either your personal or company account, participating in contests, and so on. Finally, we may collect personal information about your specific activity on the site. Your information may also be shared with event promoters and staff, including artists and their management, venues, and so on. MyZone Tickets does not plan or produce events, and promoters of events for which you have purchased tickets may use your information to contact you, analyze their business practices, etc.
We may also share your information in response to any legal action that MyZone Tickets or any of our partner businesses/third parties may be engaged in. This includes a response to a subpoena, warrant, court order, legal process or a request for cooperation from government or law enforcement, or for our own fraud protection. We may also disclose information in the event of a large corporate transaction, such as a merger, sale, or bankruptcy involving MyZone Tickets.
C. Sharing Information with Event Organizers
MyZone Tickets is a 3rd party ticket seller. By agreeing to share your information with Event Organizers at the time of purchase, your information may be shared with the Event Organizer you purchased tickets from for marketing purposes or information about future events. If at anytime you wish to be removed from the Event Organizer's mailing list please contact them directly or unsubscribe from their list within their email if applicable. To change your communication preferences on MyZone Tickets please contact ticketingsupport@myzone.com and a customer support representative will assist you with the process.
Protecting Your Information
We have both electronic and personnel security measures in place to ensure that your information is protected, and to prevent fraudulent use of your information. Personnel access to your information is limited, and the appropriate information storage security measures as required by law have been implemented. All sensitive information gathered on the site is protected with SSL encryption. MyZone Tickets is open to the public and does not monitor the age of users. In collecting personal information, we do not purposely gather information from children under the age of 13.
Your Options
By visiting MyZone Tickets or related websites, you are acknowledging and consenting to our information collection, storage, and sharing practices detailed in this privacy policy. You may elect not to provide information when prompted, but doing so may affect the functionality of certain functions of the site/s.

Terms of Purchase
MyZone Tickets is a third party ticketing service. We do not operate these events and cannot control unforeseen circumstances which may occur at an event. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as this is a binding contract between yourself and MyZone Tickets. By marking the Terms of Purchase agreement and by completing your transaction you are agreeing to the terms of purchase. Please contact the producer of the event for their own terms of purchase and refund policies.
1(A). Refund Policy
All sales are final. There are no refunds, no cancellations, no credits, no exchanges, and no transfers after the order has been made. Unforeseen circumstances beyond MyZone Tickets control will not be grounds for a refund, including but not limited to the following: local or national weather conditions and natural disasters, waiting in lines, family and medical emergencies.
Promoters, Venue owners, Security and Event Staff have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder, without a refund, for any reason at their discretion, including but not limited to: disorderly behavior, intoxication, venue capacity, breach of security restrictions. Ticket holders are aware that the Venue and Talent are subject to change. Ticket holders are aware that amenities promised by promoters are not guaranteed by MyZone Tickets and are not grounds for a refund, including but not limited to VIP amenities, drink specials, gifts, express entry, special areas, celebrity guests.
1(B). Policy for rescheduled or cancelled events due to COVID-19
Due to the impacts of the global COVID-19 pandemic, some events may be unexpectedly postponed or canceled due to circumstances beyond the control of MyZone Tickets, Event Staff, Promoters, Venue owners, and Security. Please review our updated policies for Canceled Events (2.) and Postponed Events (3.).
2. Canceled Events
If the event is canceled you will receive a refund for the face value of the ticket; service, shipping, and other fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. If the service fee is not listed, it may be embedded into the price of the ticket. To inquire about the amount of an embedded service fee, please contact customer support by emailing ticketingsupport@myzone.com. Tickets purchased at a retail outlet must be refunded at the retail outlet.
3. Postponed Events
Unforeseen circumstances, beyond the control of MyZone Tickets, Event Staff, Promoters and Venues, will not be grounds for a refund, including but not limited to: local or national weather conditions and natural disasters, waiting in lines, family and medical emergencies. This also includes postponement due to the request of local health authorities regarding COVID-19.
If the event is postponed, your ticket will be honoured at a later date, to be determined by the Event Staff. Customers will be contacted with instructions on how to update their tickets. Unless otherwise stated, there are no refunds for postponed events.
If for any reason the postponed event does not proceed at the future date, customers will be notified of how to request a refund for the face value of the ticket; service, shipping, and other fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Tickets purchased at a retail outlet or anywhere other than MyZoneTickets.com must be refunded at the original point of purchase.
4. Customer Inquiries
All customer support is handled by the MyZone Tickets online message system, in which case all customer support and refunds are handled by the event producer. Please contact customer support at ticketingsupport@myzone.com.
5. Will Call
Every effort is being made to remain 100% contactless due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please request your ticket electronically when possible.
Will call tickets must be picked up at the venue unless otherwise noted. Tickets left at will call will not be refunded. Will call start and end times are subject to change and are not grounds for a refund. You must present the original credit card used to purchase the ticket, a valid picture ID, and your “e-ticket” receipt. If you are unable to pick up your order because you do not have the aforementioned items in your possession at the time and place of pickup, you will not receive a refund for this purchase.
6. E-Ticket / Print@Home Tickets
E-Ticket / Print@Home Tickets must be presented at the event. Upon purchase, you will be emailed a PDF of your ticket(s) with a unique QR code. You can present the PDF directly from your mobile device at the event or print the PDF and present the printed ticket at the event.
7. Shipping and Handling
The shipping and handling fee is non-refundable. Express tickets require a signature upon delivery and cannot be shipped to PO Box Addresses. All other shipping methods do not require a signature. Allow approximately 5 business days for delivery. Tickets will be delivered to the billing address of the credit card. If you enter an undeliverable address or if the tickets are returned unclaimed you will not receive a refund. International shipping is not available.
8. Release of Liability
MyZone Tickets is not affiliated with the events or event sponsors and MyZone Tickets will not cover losses or damages arising from your voluntary participation in the events, including claims for personal injury, or damage to personal property, or any other claims for negligence on the part of the events or event sponsors. By purchasing the tickets through MyZone Tickets, you hereby release and forever discharge MyZone Tickets, and its officers and agents, from any liability or claims for damages that may arise as a result of your attendance and participation at the events. It is hereby understood that the purchase of tickets by you and your participation in the events shall not be construed as an assumption on the part of MyZone Tickets of responsibility, liability, or control of the events.
9. Publicity
You understand that by attending the event you may be photographed and/or recorded as part of the event’s publicity materials and/or by a recognized media outlet. You grant permission for your likeness and/or voice to be included therein without compensation, credit or consideration, in any publicity materials.
